Independent Recruiter (Must Have Own Sourcing Tools)

THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SOURCING TOOLS

• We are trying to grow as fast as possible and this will help us to expedite the process
• This is a great role for supplemental income (gain commissions part time or full time while working another job)
• If interested, I will be sending a video to describe more about Hayward Recruiting and our process and if you would like to proceed, I will send a contract to do so

What you'll do:

• Provide updates, weekly, to clients on where we stand in the recruitment process
• Conduct screens with candidates to ensure they are a good fit for clients’ open roles
• Source qualified candidate to present to end clients

What you'll get:

• 50% of gross revenue, given to the recruiting firms by clients, for positions where you have sourced and screened the candidates hired by a client.
• The opportunity to work with a barebones, startup recruiting firm

What you'll need:

• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Must have access to premium sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Must use own phone and laptop for work related tasks
