We need an ambitious, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to fuel our expansion.

You'll have our support. We've done this before, in Australia. We're the leading brand with over 1m users last year. We understand it's different in a new market so we're here to brainstorm and plan with you but will take your lead on how to do it there.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• "Rolling up your sleeves" and owning all channels - paid, owned, earned, social media, emails, creating designs, etc.
• Developing and executing our U.S. growth marketing strategy
• Build a small team around you or pull together freelancers for added expertise.
• Collaborating with our international team to align on global initiatives and best practices
• Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
• Implementing a wide range of performance marketing tactics, including Google Ads and email marketing

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions
• Proven experience with performance marketing, especially Google Ads and email marketing and content.
• A passion for gifts, the joy they bring, and the relationships they nurture
• Must have lived in the US for 5+ years
• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
• The drive, energy and entrepreneurial spirit to take our U.S. operations to the next level
