- Assisting employees through the onboarding process, including verifying required forms and documents
- Being knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and procedures
- Assisting in other areas of the Human Resources department as needed
- Filing paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel files; Maintaining proper record keeping standards
- Maintaining a professional image at all times
- Answering phone lines, answering employee questions and directing calls as needed
- Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis
- Enforcing and relaying information regarding company polices and procedures
- Assisting employees with any concerns that may arise through our their employment, with a focus on team member care and friendliness
- Assisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and return employee calls
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
- Superior phone etiquette
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address team member concerns
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Sense of fun
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System
- Ability to work in a confidential environment
- 16 years old or older
- Willing to work in a high performance team environment
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
