Summary/Objective Under managerial direction, manage the onboarding of field employees for larger projects, often involving third-party staffing support. Partner closely with other departments to provide superior customer service to ensure field employees are on-boarded successfully.
Essential Job Functions
• Track candidate progress throughout process and create employee records when necessary, ensuring information is accurate and provide periodic updates to recruiters and managers.
• Regularly communicate with candidates and new hires to build positive working relationships with new hires and foster welcoming environment.
• Manage all operational aspects of the field employee’s onboarding, from pre-hire screenings to new hire orientation. Duties include, but not limited to, completion of required paperwork, and coordinating all employment requirements.
• Manage all operational aspects of the client relationship from pre-hire screenings, orientation, contractual flow downs to consultants. Duties include, but not limited to, completion of required paperwork, and maintenance of client files.
• Maintain personnel file for field employees. Collect, review and update field employee new hire paperwork and health files.
• Develop, plan and facilitate new hire orientations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and client requirements.
• Analyze and audit appropriate paperwork to ensure accuracy in order to start a project or assignment on time. Resolve any identified issues.
• Coordinate any required client drug or health screens with appropriate third-party vendor and provide status updates to corporate partners.
• Identify, develop, document and implement best practices and procedures for internal and external operational improvements.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Create, review and update employee worker records.
• Assist with other HR administrative and compliance functions as necessary.
