Job Description

Our client, a leading consulting firm focused on sustainability, improving environment and natural resources is looking for a Strategic Business Partner- People with excellent experience in establishing relationships with key business leaders, providing front line advisory and support, and collaborating with the teams to enhance the overall employee experience.


The role would be instrumental in defining priorities and supporting the design and delivery of the policies, strategy, process and programs in the People function and needs excellent experience of working a global, matrix organization supporting workforce planning, succession management, creating people strategies and building capabilities.


You would have strong business and commercial acumen and develop and challenge the business to execute against organizational talent needs and in line with our aligned leadership framework.


The role is also instrumental in providing leadership, advice and services within countries to enhance the effectiveness of the workforce through identification of key people needs and management support, coaching and development.
