Job Description

AllSTEM Connections is looking for HR Specialist/Data Analyst with one of our prestigious client in Financial Services.


Pay Rate - $33/hr - $36/hr

Contract (Temp to Hire)


This role is high in Excel Skills, data analysis and presentation as well as communication with others when situations prove ambiguous.


Turn project requirements into custom-formatted data reports. Able to do complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for Project Managers. Able to analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them.


Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Download, review, modify, distribute, and collect feedback on resumes
  • Disqualify a candidate or submit an interview request
  • Complete onboarding activities
  • Collect feedback on interview, disqualify a candidate or extend an offer
  • Assist with processing new hire paperwork and employment changes


Required Qualifications:

  • Passion for working in a team atmosphere
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
