HR Concierge/HR Coordinator
The HR Concierge is an administrative role to provide support to partners, managers & staff of SBDP.
:
We are seeking a diligent HR Coordinator to assist our Operations Manager with various administrative tasks. This is not the traditional HR position that deals with payroll and benefits. You will help to create and maintain a work environment that promotes teamwork, peak performance, feedback, staff development and morale.
Successful candidates should be professional, polite and have excellent organization skills. You should be comfortable with computers and excel at both verbal & written communication and be a people person.
Responsibilities include:
- Champion of culture and SBDP core values
- Staff recruiting & retention
- Staff advocate & communicator
- Keep staff informed on vision, strategies, hiring plan & organization structure.
- Champion of health, wellness & morale.
- Regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings
- Develop, communicate & monitor staff targets and performance metrics
This position is a direct report to the partner of the department. There will be additional coordination with the CSMs from other departments along with the Client Service Operations Manager for the firm.
