Looking for an HR Generalist with SuccessFactors experience!

This assignment is 6-9 months, possibly longer.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our company's human resources needs, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management. In addition to these core responsibilities, we are specifically seeking a candidate who has experience with SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning. Additionally, candidates should have a proven track record of using SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and increase employee engagement.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing technical support to HR and other company stakeholders
• Managing and maintaining data integrity within SuccessFactors
• Ensuring that HR processes are compliant with company policies and regulations
• Implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that align with business needs

Requirements for this role include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Experience with SuccessFactors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
