LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global sportswear company based in Beaverton, OR to hire a Human Resources Representative. This will be a fully remote role, supporting employees in a shared service center environment with any HR related questions. We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of HR experience in a shared environment or call center setting who are able to work independently from home. Positions Details:
- Pay: $21.58 per hour
- Role: Human Resources Representative
- Location: 100% remote
- Duration: 6 month contract with potential for extension
- Industry: Global Sportswear
- Hours: M-F, 40 hours, hours will fall between 6am-5pm PST
What you'll be doing:
- Support employees in the U.S., Canada and Mexico
- Respond to calls, emails and chats from employees regarding human resources related matters
- Research employee inquiries and identify solutions
- Collaborate with compliance, legal and employee relations teams to ensure employee matters are being resolved correctly
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a HUGE plus but not a requirement
- Customer service oriented mindset, with strong verbal and written communication
- 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a shared services or call center setting
- Experience using SAP, ServiceNow, Kronos, and/or TimeTrack is a big plus
