How You Will Contribute:

As a Hayden Homes Senior Employee Experience Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Employee Experience to lead the Employee Experience Department, shaping and enhancing our organization's employee journey. Leading a team and collaborating with company leaders, you will implement best practices to improve Talent Acquisition, Team Member Development and Retention, and Team Member Rewards, ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership and Team Development: Provides strong leadership and guidance to the Employee Experience team, fostering their growth through training, feedback, and communication. Assists the VP of Employee Experience in developing processes and tools to engage, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Employee Experience Enhancement: Collaborates with company leaders to align the Employee Experience Department with strategic goals, positioning the organization as a Best Place to Work. Formulates and executes strategies to improve candidate and hiring manager experience, enhancing the overall quality of hires.
• HR Strategy and Compliance: Stays updated with HR trends and implements improvements to enhance the employee experience. Ensures company policies comply with employment laws and best practices, streamlining procedures for greater efficiency.

What You Can Offer:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions and identify trends affecting the team member experience and business.
• Education:
• Experience using HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred.
• Certification in Human Resources (SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Prior experience overseeing payroll and self-funded health insurance programs is a plus.
• Specialized Knowledge:
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Abilities:
• Minimum of 8 years of increasing responsibility in Human Resources generalist roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to various audiences in a concise manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
