LOCATION: This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Plant.
Mission: Serve as the back-up to the HR Generalist and operate as an additional point of contact for day-to-day HR needs. The successful Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR team, bakery leadership, managers, supervisors, cross-functional leaders, and internal working groups to implement, educate and advise on HR policies, systems, and other HR topics.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Assist in the processing of Clif Bar’s Cool Incentive Program and Hourly Compensation Programs.
- Assist in maintaining employee and department records, ensuring complete accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Partner with the Training Team to play an active role in New Hire Orientation/Onboarding and serve as facilitator.
- Coordinate product volunteer opportunities and purchasing swag on behalf of the Bakery.
- Act as an ambassador for the Bakery and be point of contact for Community Programs.
- Coordinate, schedule and execute employee events process: reserve location, catering, materials for successful implementation, while partnering with department leaders for the successful execution of the event
- Manage HR Boards for employee information and updates.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Support employees with any questions and needs regarding company policies, benefits, or other HR related matters.
- Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
- Support Recruiting, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Community, and other HR functions as needed.
- Prepare outgoing correspondence, compile data and information for reports, and prepare a presentation and other materials using computer software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
What You Bring:
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and statutes governing fair employment practices.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.
- Working knowledge of HR information systems and related processes and systems.
- Demonstrate a high EQ, integrity, confidentiality, personal accountability and cultural humility.
- Foster and manage good working relationships with key partners such as: (internal teams, non-profit partners, community members, local businesses, and government agencies).
- Take ownership and responsibility for actions, behaviors, and contributions.
- Be self-directed and motivated.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
- Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization.

- Execution with excellence and prioritizing results.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization.

- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related experience.
