Human Resources Front Desk Details


  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Assist Human Resources Manager with scheduling, travel arrangements, event planning and social media
  • Answer phones, assist with walk-in traffic at the front desk, other office duties as assigned
  • Full Time work available
  • $ 17.00 / hour


Human Resources Front Desk Qualifications


  • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • Highly organized and planner
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required
  • Enjoys assisting a variety of clients and internal employees
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience required, human resources preferred
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
