An acute care hospital in beautiful Illinois is looking to add a Hospital Human Resources and Recruitment Director to their growing team!
This 150+ bed hospital is dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families in their community and surrounding communities. They provide a wide range of services that includes maternity, pediatrics, surgical, dialysis, behavioral health, and much more. They are committed to excellence and improving the lives of those that are in their care.
The Hospital Human Resources and Recruitment Director will report directly to the Vice President,CHRO Human Resources. They will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the full life cycle of the recruiting process. The Hospital Human Resources and Recruitment Director will develop and maintain extensive networks of clinical and non-clinical candidates using innovative marketing techniques. This position requires SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential and ideally a Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. This position is a hybrid role and will be half work from home and half in the Corporate Office.
