Human Resources Project Manager

Top 3-5 Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and experience leading medium to large-scale HR projects to successful completion

- The ability to balance competing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to a changing environment

- Ability to act independently with little direction

- Ability to quickly sift through concepts and drill down into actionable steps

The ideal candidate for this position must possess: - Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and experience leading medium to large-scale HR projects to successful completion - The ability to balance competing priorities, work in a fast paced environment and quickly adapt to a changing environment and ambiguous situations - Attention to detail and ability to drive results - Ability to act independently with little direction - The ability to quickly sift through concepts and drill down into actionable steps - Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools and techniques including background with Microsoft Project, Visio, JIRA and PowerPoint - Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from design to delivery - Objective decision making ability, strong analytical, and problem solving skills - The ability to adjust quickly to changing situations and the ability to drive results through ambiguous environments or unexpected obstacles - BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred qualifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, experience/background in the Talent Management space
