Primary Job Responsibilities: Leads, Manages and is Accountable as a cornerstone of the Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) business philosophy. Develops and Implements enterprise-wide organization HR vision, policies, and processes to help build a high-performing culture that embraces our core values. Acts as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and manages HR personnel in local offices. Provides guidance on HR analytics, compliance reporting, performance reviews, change management, talent acquisition, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and retention programs, and AA/EEO/DBE compliance. Develops comprehensive and creative approaches to recruiting and onboarding personnel, employee development, and retention. Monitors compensation practices and structures through salary and benefits benchmarking and surveys. Develops leadership bench strength and advises senior leaders on team development. Coaches and mentors our operating unit field managers on HR matters. Monitors labor regulations and laws and manages compliance, including federal, state, and local regulations and AGC-negotiated union labor agreements (Minnesota). Coordinates with legal counsel on appropriate personnel matters. Provides guidance on employee relations issues, investigates discrimination and other complaints, and recommends course of action to resolve such issues. Assists leadership in all union grievances by effectively communicating with union representatives. Evaluates and recommends competitive enterprise-wide benefit programs. Works with insurance brokers to secure cost-effective health and welfare benefits. Manages benefit programs and provides effective communication programs to encourage understanding of and participation in benefits programs. Provides guidance on retention strategies by evaluating exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations; provides leadership with quarterly and annual turnover reports. Develops and maintains a human resource information system that meets the organization's personnel information needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
