SkyWater Search Partners is engaged with a tenured and recognizable fitness and health equipment manufacturer. The client is looking to add a strategic Human Resources Manager to provide leadership to the daily HR functions at the plant, provide guidance to a direct report and act as a business partner to the leadership team. The role is located onsite in Ramsey, MN with flexibility as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership team to provide direction and consultation
  • Analysis and provides suggestions to improve policies and procedures
  • Guide HR initiatives
  • Provides payroll audit support
  • Adress any employee relations issues or concerns
  • Partners with managers on talent acquisition and talent management decisions
Desired Skills And Experience
  • High attention to detail
  • HR certification preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, competing responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
