The HR Manager for the Consumer Information Services (CIS) business will be a skilled HR leader with 5+ years of broad and progressive HR experience. This role will provide HR guidance and support for our CIS teams, working closely with managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver people processes and programs in alignment with our regional and global initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will be a culture and change champion, an employee and business advocate, and an effective communicator with a highly collaborative work style.


The Key Responsibilities for This Role Can be Best Summarized in the Following Way:


  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures; ensure understanding and administration is fair and consistent; provide interpretation and standard practice; escalate as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to support various HR programs and processes and support communication efforts of these into the business.
  • Foster strong working relationships across teams and keep close, direct contact with HR Business Partners and COE’s to ensure that programs are delivering the expected business outcomes and contributing to strategic decisions and plans.
  • Work closely with the CIS HRBPs to stay informed of business initiatives and keep them appropriately informed while executing on processes and programs.
  • Partner with Managers and/or HRBPs on performance management and employee relations situations, including corrective actions, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required by the role.
  • Play a key role in the culture evolution of the business by contributing to Internal Communications and Engagement efforts.
  • Assist in designing, leading and/or implementing various HR programs such as leadership development, performance management, onboarding, talent review, early careers, DE&I initiatives, etc. across the CIS organization.
  • Provide the operational knowledge and expertise to guide managers and employees on HR processes.

  • Experience in prioritizing multiple projects for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate with agility and flexibility, and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages and interact effectively with all levels of leadership
  • Highly curious and collaborative team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Relationship building savvy – across levels, locations, cultures
  • High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals.
  • Sensitivity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Adept at advising people leaders on HR related issues
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ related experience within HR. Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP preferred.
  • Analytical capability and comfort with managing data with a world-class attention to detail. Ability to take data and create a meaningful and impactful story.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
