We are a top-rated and rapidly expanding law firm and are interested in a candidate who is responsible, reliable, and looking to grow within the practice. Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have a satellite office in Brooklyn, NY. Our law firm operates as a team, with each member bringing their individual strengths and experiences to provide our clients with top-quality representation, no matter what they face. Customer service is of the utmost importance and we believe that the personal attention we give to each of our client's cases helps to ensure solutions tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a positive employee experience through the firm’s mission and culture
- Effectively create and communicate relevant company policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new firm members
- Training and developing current employees to maximize their potential
- Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary
- Familiarizing yourself with various apps, software, and marketing platforms to better serve our clients
