Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have a satellite office in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a positive employee experience through the firm’s mission and culture

• Effectively create and communicate relevant company policies and procedures

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new firm members

• Training and developing current employees to maximize their potential

• Showcasing excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary

• Familiarizing yourself with various apps, software, and marketing platforms to better serve our clients
