Job Description

Booming tech company in the Culver City area is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their scaling team.


The Coordinator will join a small group of HR professionals and aid in recruiting and onboarding efforts, including:


  • Onboarding new hires
  • Helping with administrative tasks
  • Managing, updating and overseeing the company’s ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Handling candidate communication
  • Assisting with other projects and HR initiatives as needed
  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews


Applicants should have approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience, including experience working with Greenhouse (required). Good energy, communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for working with people are all part of the job.
