Our client at LHH is looking for an HR Data Support Analyst to join their growing team!
- Responsible for day-to-day HRIS operations, including data review, data validation, data entry and data maintenance. Ensures all critical HRIS system fields are populated, accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for processing candidate onboarding including background and conflicts checks; and to take appropriate action as necessary if checks do not clear.
- Responsible for effective communication and timely response to internal and external inquiries and requests. Responsible for understanding and strict adherence to all confidentiality principles as required by law and internal policy.
- Responsible for effective, professional, and collaborative communications with Payroll Dept. to ensure timeliness of final checks and other time-sensitive requests.
- Responsible for working collaboratively with Office Administrators, Corporate Managers, IT and other corporate departments as necessary.
- Responsible for knowing, understanding and staying abreast of internal HR policies in order to communicate same when receiving employee inquiries and to effectively conduct handbook orientation during the onboarding process.
- Responsible for coordination of Employee Service and Appreciation Awards and Volunteer of the Quarter.
- Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
· Demonstrated ability to understand internal recruiting process and requirements in order to assist HR department during specific recruiting engagements and through lifecycle of the employee.
· Demonstrated ability to answer internal human resources and Firm policies employee inquiries. Demonstrated ability to identify inquires and issues of sensitive and severe nature and escalates as appropriate.
· Demonstrated ability to stay current on basic employment laws and recognizing through internal communications or external references when there is a change in the law or regulation requiring the Firm to comply, adapt or change a process or policy typically associated with a professional certification such as PHR and/or 3+ years' HR experience.
· Demonstrated ability to understand internal compensation policies, approval protocols and programs sufficient to execute compensation transactions.
· Demonstrated ability to utilize to a high degree internal HRIS; extremely knowledgeable of data sufficient to create audits of key data fields, knowing how to import and export data, create standard and adhoc reports and effectively work with other firm internal systems.
· Demonstrated ability to understand internal talent programs (performance management) approval protocols and programs sufficient to execute compensation transactions.
· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (excel, word, power point, access).

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3+ years of HR related experience
Bachelors or SHRM preferred
