Come take a seat at the table and help contribute to the innovation and unparalleled success of PepsiCo! The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to PepsiCo's success by executing HR initiatives and policies supporting the PFNA Kirkwood facility.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects and lead employee engagement initiatives
  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator Backup
  • Oversee the execution of disability management programs (Short- and Long-Term Disability, Worker's Compensation)
  • Support & lead a team of Payroll Administrators to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency
  • Support National HR Core Process projects and HR analytics (reporting)
  • Act as SAP/MyHR systems support for Employees and Managers as required
  • Support & lead Kronos Administrator efficiency
  • Support HR team with special projects
  • Ensure accuracy of employee data within SAP and EC
  • Establish strong relationships with the management team as well as front line employees
  • Provide pay/benefits issue resolution by liaising with the appropriate teams within the organization
  • Assist managers and the Canada East HR team with resolving labor and employee relations issues
  • Establish strong relationships with the management team as well as front line employees
  • Provide coaching and advice relative to labor and employee relations matters as well as the administration, interpretation and application of the collective agreement and company policies
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,800 - $69,450 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

Qualifications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions
  • College diploma required in Business or Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a constantly changing, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated experience with payroll & benefits administration
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems: Kronos, SAP, MyHR, iCiMS
