Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

Concord USA is seeking a People Coordinator to support one of its three offices across the US. This position will work hybrid based out of Minneapolis, Kansas City, or Richmond, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintains employee files and records in Company systems and files.
• Prepares immigration documentation and letters.
• Reviews and directs benefit and other HR-related invoices to accounting.
• Orders and ensures completion of required background checks.
• Manages distribution of Company swag and recognition gifts.
• Assists with compliance reporting and audits as directed.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and People team on special projects, as needed.
• Initiates and assists with onboarding and offboarding activities, including system updates and communications.
• Inputs information into company systems and ensures records are created correctly, updating as needed.
• Responds to routine questions on HR policy.

Experience and Skills:

• Must be flexible and able to deal quickly and appropriately with individual situations as they arise.
• Limited travel may be required.
• A high level of confidentiality is required; must be discreet and ethical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a team in an open and professional manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a professional, tactful manner while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality with the ability to multi-task.
• 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources experience.

Education:

· B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
