United Green Staffing is the Nation’s leading Cannabis Staffing company and we are looking to add another team player. We are looking to add motivated HR Specialists to our Tampa Office. The ideal individuals will assist our team in number of areas including Recruiting and Onboarding New Hires across the State of Florida. We are looking for someone who will assist with day-to-day operations and who is an innovative thinker that is looking to grow with our team!

We assist companies across the United States with connecting top industry talent in order to aid your company’s growth. We also connect our clients to our manufacturing partners and farms across the United States for any wholesale needs.
Responsibilities
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Assist with setting up background checks and drug screening
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and hires
- Employee onboarding paperwork in SyncHr system, follow-up and assist contractors if needed as well as initiating background screening and other required onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain an understanding of the constantly changing cannabis industry
- Staying up to date with market trends and compliance
- Compliance reporting as needed
- Be familiar with company Human Resource guidelines and help review and implement necessary policies
- Utilizing Bullhorn (Recruitment Software) to keep track of current employees and clients and maintaining database to reflect active and termed employees.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Electronically complete verification of I-9 Documents and certification process
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in computer skills a must
- Must be above the age of 21
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred in related fields or 1-2 years of Recruiting/Onboarding Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel software
- Able to pass and complete a full background check
