Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst

4+ month contract

Hybrid Position (Onsite 2-3 days a week)

Rate- $35.57/hr W2 with benefits

This role will be responsible for strategic oversight of all Talent Acquisition-related reporting from the TA Tech Stack.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Talent Acquisition reporting (Workday, Beamery, Tableau, etc.) across the enterprise.
• Partner with HR Technology to design and develop interactive, visually appealing dashboards for real-time talent acquisition metrics.
• Customize and create reports to align with business needs and stakeholder requirements.
• Create ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to Talent Acquisition on utilizing reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR Technology and Talent Acquisition teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Serve as the Reporting SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity between TA Tech Stack and Tableau dashboards.
• Generate reports and dashboards for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a reporting role.
• Expert skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including effective idea presentation.
• Experience managing in an environment driven by defined business metrics.
• Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications to cross-functional audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred:

• Experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with Workday and Tableau.
