Experience with Workday or comparable tools

Experience with applying detailed focus on data and process to ensure data integrity

2-4 years of compensation reporting/FP&A experience

Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI

Help support compensation planning cycles, inclusive of communication, modeling, analysis and administration

Develop, manage, and run weekly/monthly/quarterly monitoring, measuring, and evaluating program/campaign performance analytics and optimize/advise on optimization and strategies to drive performance

2-5 years of experience in analytics and reporting roles using digital marketing and media data
