Operations Manager - Remote | Hybrid

We are seeking a superstar Operations Manager with a strong background in supply chain and e-commerce. In this role, you will collaborate with our customer base, marketing team, managing directors, and customer support team to develop and manage e-commerce brands under our portfolio. Joining our team at Kleeq.co means working in a detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven environment. Please note that for the first 60 days, this position will be a contractor role as part of our probationary period.
This position offers remote work flexibility but requires proximity to Atlanta, GA to visit our warehouse and manufacturing facilities.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will have regular meetings to deliver reports and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness
Integrate new acquisitions into our holistic environment
Manage and forecast inventory
Identify and optimize inefficient processes
Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures
Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
Coordinate and integrate efforts across operations, design, brand development, marketing, sales, and customer service divisions
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals
Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems for improved efficiency and resource utilization
Project Management
Lead the daily management of the team to ensure project progress and timely delivery
Plan and execute large, complex projects with multiple moving parts
Drive the rollout of new projects
Align work with business goals and outcomes
Seek opportunities to enhance current processes and increase efficiency
Foster collaboration across a diverse culture
Skills & Qualifications
Preferred degree in supply chain management or relevant real-world experience
Proximity to Atlanta, GA (warehouse and manufacturing facilities)
Creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in software and technology usage
Previous experience in e-commerce is highly desirable
Familiarity with agile development frameworks is a plus
Prior experience in e-commerce web development is advantageous
Strong management and organizational leadership skills
Solid understanding of business operations; entrepreneurial experience is a plus
