Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Office Manager

Home Builder looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Office Manager - HYBRID opportunity in Cobb County, Smyrna/Vinings, GA, Mid-Upper $60K’s, plus benefits and 401K.


Software: Eci/Mark Systems- a plus, not required


Responsibilities:


  • Onboard new hires
  • Work with external auditors
  • Process Weekly payroll
  • Manage the renewal of workman comp
  • Process Accounts Receivable
  • Make deposits
  • Perform AIA billing
  • Prepare estimates to keep up with jobs
  • Manage 401K, census, deposits
  • Monthly financial journal entries and reconciliation on balance sheets
