Extensive skills in the use of SQL for query, reporting and analysis

Dashboard software development skills on leading dashboard software

Experience in collection, analysis, sorting, organizing, classifying, validating and uploading large quantities of engineering records

Collaborate with HR Technology and Talent Acquisition teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.

Customize and create reports to align with business needs and stakeholder requirements.

4+ years of experience in a reporting role.

Experience managing in an environment driven by defined business metrics.

Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Expert skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Proven experience in successful project management

Assist and train multiple departments to ensure compliance with state operations and certification requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Location: Remote (must live in Washington State).Will need to spend up to a week training in Tacoma location.
