Job Description

:

The HR Compensation Consultant will provide support for compensation, integration, and harmonization initiatives across the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; standard business hours.

Please note, this is a remote opportunity that may require in-person meeting on rare occasions. We are c urrently unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Washington.

Scope

Reporting to the Compensation Director and under the direction of the Compensation Director or an assigned Compensation Manager this caregiver (employee, which we call caregivers) will support integration and harmonization through work on various projects including job catalog harmonization and support, job description support, organization design and integration and impact cost analysis.

This caregiver will gather feedback on proposals, analyze data, coordinate various reviews in partnership with HR professionals and provide education and training on compensation projects, procedures and policies. The HR Compensation Consultant will assist with preparing presentations and will provide recommendations based on review and analysis of data as requested.

The HR Compensation Consultant will partner with members of the Compensation team, and all levels of business and HR leaders, to support Compensation initiatives, goals and plans with a focus on enhancing and supporting the business, operational support, education, and implementation, with attention to continuous improvement methodology, and opportunities for future automation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Experience in a role requiring effective project management skills, a high degree of accuracy, and sound decision making with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experience in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will posses analytic and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets ( vlookup, pivot tables, charts/graphs, and formulas), word processing, and HRMS database programs.
  • Experience in a role with budgeting and finance tracking responsibilities.
  • Prior Experience working directly with compensation policy and procedures and human resource healthcare experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
  • See and read computer monitors and documents.
  • Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.
  • Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
