• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, assist with benefit enrollments, surveys etc.) and take minutes.

-HR certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR (preferred).

Manages a team of lesser experienced employees within the group

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of generalist experience, experience supporting technology groups and knowledge of M&A is helpful

Prepares due diligence for M&A work done by the organization by thoroughly vetting target companies and supplementing the integration team

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner at a tech company

• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to relate and empathize with people from different backgrounds

• Ability to work onsite two days a week in our San Francisco HQ office

Strong understanding of project management principles & methodology; previous experience leading projects preferred

Partner closely with HR Project Managers, Change Practitioners, Process Excellence, Business Owners and Tech Team to drive exceptional project results

Perform business analysis, gather, develop and craft clear business requirements on behalf of the business, foundational to all technology projects

Facilitate and assist with planning of design sessions to capture business & system requirements

BA/BS degree or related work experience

6+ years of system implementation experience

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of construction site accident defense litigation experience.

Competitive base salary (175 to 200k), bonus and benefits.

Candidates should have tried 10+ jury trials to verdict as first or second chair.

This position will be overseeing/mentoring 2-3 Associates.

Supporting the coordination and management of payroll

Update and improve the knowledge repository to enable team to take ownership of a higher percentage of inbound inquiries

Serve as primary contact for all new hires and terms for benefits questions

Maintain benefit records and documentation

Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills.

Complete cross functional projects and develop programs that improve the employee experience and increase manager capability.

Advanced senior-level human resource experience with demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective initiatives.

Strong people leadership skills including a desire to develop others

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead complex organizational change initiatives in a dynamic environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field

A demonstrated ability to lead with influence to drive business success

Provide management representation in administering the provisions of agreements between union and management

Counsel management in the interpretation of agreements and act as management representative in dealing with the union

Advise management and other plant personnel on matters related to Union-Management relationships

Coordinate with plant and unit management on matters concerning hourly personnel

Completes required pre-offer screening requirements on all candidates (i.e., background, compliance check, etc.)

Two (2) years of Human Resources or Administrative or Clerical experience required.

Interfaces with candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring teams.

Ensures data accuracy in Applicant Tracking System.

Runs reports and tracks recruiting metrics.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in the administration of HR policies and programs (e.g., performance management, compensation, benefits, etc.)

Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field or relevant experience.

Human Resources disciplines, e.g., management and employee coaching and counseling, compensation, benefits, performance management, discipline, learning, and recruitment.

Experience managing changing priorities at local and remote sites

Knowledge and experience with legal and ethical compliance

Partner with Site Leadership and Managers to advise on people topics (talent, organization, performance, development) and initiatives.
