Hr Generalist - Employee Relations

Join our Kaleidoscope ABA team as we continue to expand our therapy service for children.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist should possess a diverse skill set to support multiple areas of Human Resources throughout the organization. The position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and considerable use of tact, discretion, and judgment. A strong background in employee relations is essential as this candidate will partner with HR leadership to develop and execute plans to address complex and broad employee-related matters. The HR Generalist should be able to communicate effectively and deliver valuable services to all groups within the organization. Support for staff working in multiple States including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Arizona will be included in all day-to-day responsibilities.

Remote is not available. Position is full time in Bryn Mawr, PA office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with various monthly reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of management in order to provide necessary coaching, guidance and support.
• In conjunction with HR Leadership work to create tools and communication materials to educate our current and prospective employees about our benefit program.
• Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Conduct new employee orientation sessions related to present overview of HR policies, management expectations and benefit plans.
• Support alignment with the corporate culture. Model established values and behaviors.
• Work with members of HR team to ensure Kaleidoscope’s policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR Manager to conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR Leadership to develop and support Kaleidoscope’s policies and plans.
• Provide support to employees on various HR related topics and respond to routine HR questions
• Partner with HR Manager to be point of contact for all employee relations issues and investigations.

• College degree required in HR related fields
• Proficiency with MS Office Products
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and results driven

We use evidence-based, best practice models to support and provide effective treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as other behavioral and developmental disabilities.
