HR Generalist Details


  • $ 25.00 / hour
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
  • Contract position


The Human Resources Generalist position will provide a broad range of HR support in achieving business objectives, setting strategic goals, and human resource initiatives. The HR Generalist will proactively partner with organizational leaders to develop strategies and achieve organizational objectives as they coach and counsel on how to maximize employee engagement at all levels to achieve and sustain a positive employee relations environment. The HR Generalist will also perform diverse assignments including employee relations, staffing, talent management, compensation, benefits, health and wellness, training and development, performance management, change management, and other special projects as assigned.


HR Generalist Qualifications


  • Proficient using HRIS software (SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.)
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required. A Master degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience is required preferably in a manufacturing environment.
