The Comcast Cooperative Educational Program (Co-op) immerses students into the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to contribute and create internal communications for a Fortune 28 Media and Technology Company. Gain national experience and broaden your skills and acumen of the company while having the opportunity to work with and connect with partners across headquarters, business and field functions.
The Co-Op position will support the Cable HR, Finance, Legal and Strategic Development internal communications team. The Co-Op role will be responsible for managing some of the day-to-day execution and support of internal communications campaigns and projects. This role includes writing, planning and executing across multiple channels and mediums – including newsletters, email, intranet content and videos, running meetings and events, and working closely with teammates and our internal clients to support key initiatives.
This person will be expected to work across multiple client groups, internal and corporate communications partners and within multiple communication tools.
Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain, analyze and share metrics for communication efforts
• Comcast is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
• Support events and meetings across client groups – including invitation management, updating assets such as talking points, presentation slides and tracking executive preparation needs, with particular strength in event production and videos (storyboarding, script writing, creative direction; video editing a plus).
• Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences including but not limited to presentations, scripts, briefing documents, digital content, newsletters, employee communications, messages, emails.
• Support management of communication tools (editorial calendars, share point sites, asset organization)
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties as we may need you to do
• Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups as needed
• Create and manage specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables.

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Power point, word, excel
• Project Management/Time Management
• Applicants must be current students at Drexel University enrolled in their cooperative learning track to be considered for this opportunity
• Technical tools
• Proficiency in share point
• Proficiency in creative platforms such as Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop), Canva
• Strong creative skills in multiple mediums (writing, presentations, events, videos)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization
• Data-based measurement/analysis

Base Pay: $19.00
