HR Data Analyst- Corporate Human Resources Team
Location: Remote on the East Coast of the United States
Part Time: 30 - 35 Hours per Week
Compensation: $20 / Hour
BlueVoyant is seeking a HR Data Analyst to join our corporate HR team to assist with implementing new information systems for improved analytics and reporting. This position will enable a talented individual to collaborate with some of the best minds in the cybersecurity industry and gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be asked to apply existing knowledge and learn new skill sets to support and further develop HR and analytics capabilities.
This position will be a remote workplace, with the possibility of working from one of our offices in the US (if geographically convenient).
What you will do
- Collaborate with HR to optimize our HRIS and data processes
- Integrate multiple data sources to maximize efficiency and accuracy of information
- Organize, audit, and maintain existing data
- You will gain experience and visibility to multiple areas of HR including: HRIS, Equity, Performance Management, Compensation
Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze and audit HR reports and metrics as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data standards and industry trends
- Ensure accuracy/technical issues are quickly resolved and help implement solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence
- Work with local and international staff to proactively improve on existing integration and automation workflows
- Work with peers to ensure that our data streams work seamlessly for our constituents
Requirements

Qualifications
- Available to work 30 - 35 hours per week
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel (pivot tables, creating charts, filtering, and advanced formulas)
- Deep interest in data and data transformation
- Experience parsing, auditing, and cleaning large data sets
