Overview The Corporate Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of a company. This includes developing and implementing strategies and policies related to recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development. The Corporate Human Resources Director is also responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies related to recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, developing and administering compensation and benefits programs, developing and implementing training and development programs, and developing and implementing organizational development strategies. The Corporate Human Resources Director is also responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
