Job Description

LHH is seeking a seasoned remote LMS database administrator for a two month contract with the possibility to be directly hired.


Duties:

  • Monitor the accuracy and integrity of data entered and maintained with the LMS and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Support delivery of the Global Code of Conduct training
  • Perform administrative duties associated with conducting instructor-led training (including pre-training prep work, scheduling, creating and processing sign-in sheets and post-training assessments, coordinating travel, conference room & IT setup, training calendar invitations, and management)
  • Assist in management of Learning Management System (LMS) database and LMS user accounts for tracking employee development and training initiatives
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned
  • Work with business partners to field training-related inquires and provide system support to employee LMS users
  • Use LMS and GRC tool to enter and monitor employee training completion, develop and maintain reports and statistics, and run library and custom reports
  • Upload and test eLearning SCORM files to test LMS functionality


Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working in Articulate a plus
  • Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Cloud offerings or similar
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude and approach in the workplace
  • Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment
  • Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working as an LMS administrator or data analyst
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Experience working inside a global company is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects
  • Experience working in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields a plus
  • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
