High Level Mission Statement
The mission of this role is to support Kimball Electronics Tampa’s HR strategies that assist in the attainment of our Vision & Goals. To staff, mentor and educate employees in keeping with-in the framework or our Vision & Guiding Principles.
High Level Statement of the Role
This role is to provide assistance and administrative support for all of KE Tampa Human Resources processes and systems, including maintaining and ensuring accuracy of payroll data. This role will also provide assistance to the KE Tampa managers and other plant support services departments, as needed.
High Level Roles & Responsibilities
- Summarize data to generate and publish periodic reports and presentations
- Directs phone calls, visitors, and customers as appropriate
- Administer employee recognition programs (Retirements, Anniversaries, Birthdays, etc.)
- Continually develop skills that would enhance job performance
- Provides administrative support to HR department and KE Tampa staff in supporting their special projects, meeting needs and lunches, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball Electronics Tampa
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
- Participates in the planning and execution of employee activities
- Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Willingness to assist employees with various issues (ESS, security Badges, etc.)
- Helps to maintain employee development and training logistics and recordkeeping
- Managing and maintaining specific and day-to-day operations of all phases of the HR and Payroll Information Systems (Workday & SAP).
