Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and decide on suitable resolutions, balancing process adherence with employee needs
• Receive and resolve inquiries through phone, chat, and email
• Collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies
• Build customer trust through personalized conversations and adjust case management plan accordingly
• Take ownership of employee contacts and ensure high-quality problem-solving
• Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate when necessary

Shift

• Must be available from 7am - 10pm (8-hour shift)
• Possible weekends
