Looking for Human Resources professional with a passion for taking care of the organization HR Admin for the global IT Staffing and Service company. Looking for a talented HR to streamline all HR activities at our office

Responsibilities:

As the HR, you will provide tactical and administrative support in all functional areas of HR to include benefits, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and onboarding. You'll partner with management throughout the organization to support their hiring needs and seamless onboarding process for new hires.

• Provide day to day HR support for internal and external customers to include recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, compensation analysis, employee relations, performance management, and employee development/orientation

• Partner with HR leadership to support clients with employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices

• Conduct new employee orientation. Ensures orientation packets are complete and available for new employees, temporary employees, and interns.

• Become an expert user for HRIS transactions, including onboarding and off-boarding, workflow forms, regular and ad hoc reporting, and other data validation or reporting exercises

• Interpret benefit and retirement plans and policies in order to facilitate administration, respond to questions, and interface with carriers to solve questions or concerns.

• Prepare personnel files and maintain compliance for audit reviews.

• Train as back up for bi-weekly payroll processing, including data entry of new hires.

• Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in benefits on a monthly basis; assists with open enrollment.

• Perform other duties as assigned time to time.
