Logistics Admin Jobs

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Admin to join our team. As a Logistics Admin, you will be responsible for generating documentation, recording shipments, and maintaining accurate records of logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Degree in Business, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic level of understanding in SAP or similar logistics management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

As the Logistics Admin, your primary mission will be to generate documentation and record shipments.

• Forward relevant documentation to the designated individuals for each project.
• Handle all generated documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all shipments made.
• Oversee the control of DDA (Direct Delivery Authorization) material and monitor its movement.
• Record information that provides traceability between own and suppliers' documentation.
• Utilize SAP to pick loads and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Check drafts created through the designated application (APP) for accuracy and completeness.
