Job Description
Procurement Administrator


Summary: Assist in locating key suppliers, negotiating the company's purchasing agreements, and making sure their materials and products meet the company's specifications.


Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm – onsite


Compensation: $23/hr


Contract: 3+ months


Responsibilities


  • Make sure the database(Oracle) is correct and reliable
  • Receiving mail and data entry in file
  • Make necessary calls to vendors to obtain the information and enter in file
  • To help to gather the information from vendors


Skills/Requirement


  • Knowledge of Basic Vendor Documentations (W9, Bank Letters,)—Preferred--
  • Basic Accounting vocabulary.
  • Data entry
  • Bilingual- English/Spanish, will need to communicate with the main company in Mexico
  • Customer Services Skills
