Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding the perfect match between candidates and our diverse range of job opportunities. Your daily tasks will include:

Talent Hunting: Utilize your knowledge of the latest social media trends and industry practices to seek out and attract top-notch candidates for assigned job orders.
Personalized Connections: Be the friendly voice behind the phone and internet calls, connecting with potential candidates using a prepared script and building meaningful relationships.
Candidate Evaluation: Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and work with our Credentialing Coordinator to verify qualifications and references.
Empower Through Preparation: Prepare and brief candidates for interviews with our valued clients, setting them up for success.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring seamless recruitment and easy access to valuable information.
Networking: Attend exciting Job and Career fairs, collaborating with healthcare organizations and professional associations.
Compensation Negotiation: Use your impressive negotiation skills to create win-win compensation packages for candidates and clients.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A natural people-person with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a diverse community.
At least one year of experience in professional recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in PC computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Previous experience as a Recruiter, direct sales, or healthcare professional.
