Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our client service team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service to our valued clients. You'll be the heart of our administrative processes, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing top-notch support in financial administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
Coordinate wire transfers and trading transactions with precision and efficiency.
Prepare bank and brokerage account applications, facilitating seamless account opening for our clients.
Process, assemble, and file tax returns while coordinating estimated tax payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize Adobe Acrobat to scan and file essential documents, maintaining a well-organized system.
Demonstrate your excellent communication skills by drafting letters and gathering information for seamless client communication.
Take charge of scheduling and coordinating client meetings and phone calls, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Create captivating client presentations, showcasing our firm's expertise and commitment to their financial success.
Contribute to our team's success through diligent data entry and other vital support tasks.
Embrace additional responsibilities as required to support our team and clients effectively.
Your Profile
You bring 3+ years of administrative experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in tax, accounting, banking, or brokerage roles.
Your professional etiquette sets you apart, reflecting your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are your superpowers, ensuring nothing escapes your diligent eye.
Possessing Notary certification would be a great advantage.
