What You'll Do
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing general accounting duties, such as account analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records through general ledger reconciliation.
Preparing and entering journal entries using our accounting system (familiarity with Caliber/Frontsteps is a significant plus).
Utilizing your excellent 10-key typing skills to input numerical data with precision.
Verifying the accuracy of financial transactions through meticulous mathematical calculations.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Previous experience in accounting or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in using accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
