Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, your role is multifaceted and dynamic. You will be the driving force behind:
Project Management and Organization: Skillfully facilitating project timelines and goals.
Calendar Management: Masterfully coordinating appointments and optimizing schedules.
Research: Delving into a variety of subjects to provide insightful results.
Purchases and Expense Management: Ensuring client satisfaction through precise specifications and organized expenses.
Administrative Tasks: From inbox management to transcription, you'll cover it all.
Email Inbox Mastery: Responsibly handling emails based on client guidelines and company policies.
Social Media Engagement: Diving into social platforms to enhance the client's digital presence.
Virtual Meeting Attendance: Skillfully contributing through drafting agendas and meeting minutes.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Education & Experience: An Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree, or a wealth of Executive Assistant experience.
Administrative Expertise: At least 4 years in administrative roles, with a preference for C-level exposure.
Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Google Suite, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.
Communication Skills: Familiarity with communication platforms like Slack.
CRM Familiarity: Comfort with CRM platforms like SalesForce, Hubspot, or Zoho.
Expense Reporting: Experience with expense reporting tools like Quickbooks or Expensify.
Travel Management: Exposure to travel management tools like Concur.
Social Media Flair: Proficiency with platforms like Hootsuite and Wordpress.
Tech Setup: Reliable internet, computer, and phone.
Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
Availability: Able to work during business hours in PST or EST, Monday to Friday.
Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in the US.

Compensation: Receive 47% of your client's monthly plans initially, averaging $3000-$3500 per month.
