Job Description
Are you ready to be the primary link for our sales ordering and shipping organization, making a significant impact from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Entry Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our company, you'll be responsible for processing manual and online orders with precision and ensuring our customers' needs are met seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Be the expert in accurately processing, reviewing, and adjusting both online and manual orders using Oracle.
Thrive in meeting department SLAs and strive for the highest level of order processing accuracy.
Occasionally, when needed, embrace exciting challenges and work overtime during peak periods, including nights and weekends.
Present yourself in a positive and respectful manner when interacting with our valued customers, both internal and external.
Showcase your excellent customer service skills while maintaining professionalism via email and telephone communications.
Display your versatility by effectively handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Embrace change and new situations with a positive mindset, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Collaborate on special projects as assigned by the Manager and Supervisor, exhibiting your commitment to excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college education is desired.
Build professional and productive relationships with internal customers and team members in Operations.
Demonstrate a talent for maintaining a professional manner during all customer interactions.
A quick learner, capable of working independently and efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
A team player who can effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication.
