Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Healthcare Customer Service Representative . This is a 03+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in United States(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidates can be sourced from across the US as long as they're able to support the CST schedule.
  • Computer knowledge should include being able to set up equipment and troubleshoot with IT regarding any issues as they will be responsible for the set up.
  • Candidates MUST have the ability to focus uninterrupted in a dedicated secure home workspace during scheduled business hours.
  • Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection to plug into the equipment - Wi-Fi will not suffice.
  • This is NOT just a data entry position. Please relay the entirety of the position responsibilities to potential candidates.
  • Satellite internet is not compatible with the equipment and internet speeds must be at least 10Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Maintain contracts and contacts within a tracking system
  • Growth in this position includes but is not limited to:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales Experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Inbound/Outbound calling/emailing – Reaching out to providers/offices to obtain required documentation and additional information as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Negotiate out a discount for services
  • Dental Office Experience is a plus.

  • Outbound calling: Recruiting providers to join Client’s dental network
  • Work independently, have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.

  • Process required paperwork for providers to join the network
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
