The Head of Amazon is responsible for working on strategies to grow our client's multi-brand e-commerce business. While the primary focus is on Amazon, there will be responsibility for Walmart, Target and other .com's as well. They're seeking a highly-talented eCommerce leader who has a demonstrated history of growing sales on Amazon and other channels. There is a lot of low hanging fruit here and an ability for this individual to really own the business and grow the team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend emerging trends and advancements in web technologies to drive new business opportunities
• Be responsible for POS, oversee ad budgets
• Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by maximizing yearly budgets and managing expenses to budget
• Oversee the digital advertising strategy
• Work closely with marketing to bring best in class content and tools to engage the consumer – deliver strong brand content and merchandising
• Analyse the competitive landscape and market conditions to understand opportunities, issues and risks, while recommending strategies and tactics.
• Lead the eCommerce strategy and planning, and drive growth plans across all brands
• Manage ecommerce sales and run the e-commerce business A-Z with a focus on Amazon, responsibility for all .com
• Be an Amazon Ninja for our brands – implement an Amazon first approach to drive sales
• Create and manage production calendar while ensuring all cross functional deliverables are met within deadlines
• Assist with planning and communication with operations team
• Inspire your team, and others to think differently and implement change
• Implement tools and process for project management
