MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Manage and execute deliverables related to annual office needs, Tigers Spring Training, Lakeland Flying Tigers season, third-party events and marketing outreach.

Plan, manage and execute game-presentation and game-day activations for all Tigers Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers home games.

Plan and implement special events.

Outdoors and office environment. Position will need to work in various weather conditions.

Position is required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, etc

Five years of child care agency management experience. (Knowledge and experience with Florida Department of Juvenile Justice systems) preferred

Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.

Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.

5+ years of business operations management experience (required)

Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement

Training all project managers and supervisors on subject matter janitorial knowledge, safety, client satisfaction and proactive leadership thinking.

Cover project manager/supervisor call outs in an emergency

Identify safety requirements, train, and implement safety protocols

Identify all cleaning equipment required for jobs and train managers/supervisors on equipment so they can train employees properly.

Expert level global account management experience managing global marketing agendas across multiple markets and cultures

Strategic with strong analytical skills; experienced using quantitative and qualitative data, and can storytell to bring action to analytics

Extensive strategy development and consultative skills among sophisticated multinational organization's leadership

Experienced in building commercial and growth strategies to drive hyper-growth at a brand, agency or platform

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will be showcased while working with internal and external leadership

Build and shape the vision, global strategy, approach, local coordination, engagement planning and success metrics for TikTok's top global brands.
