• Salary Range is $70k-$80k
• This job require 3 days/week in NYC office & 2 days/week working from home.
• IN DEPTH WITH EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON REQUIRED

We are looking for someone to provide operational support to the Amazon Planning Manager. This individual will be instrumental in providing analytical, organizational, and process support to drive operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate is someone with proven capability with ecommerce platforms and someone who is self-starting, has a dedicated work ethic, high attention to detail, and will be a flexible, logical worker who is results-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain weekly sales and inventory reports
• Manage Brand Registry
• Monitor and resolve ASIN suppressions
• Provide support on Amazon Direct Import program. Partner with Amazon and cross-functional teams on reconciliations and compliance
• Manage forecasting for Amazon Private Label program
• Monitor and review product costs and profitability.
• Work to resolve and decrease operational chargebacks across all business areas.
• Oversee health and buyability of each ASIN in our catalog.
• Map Price monitoring - Continue to work closely with Sales Managers on enforcing MAP violations.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analyses to support both forecasting and operational initiatives

Requirements:

• Attentive to details and responsible for workload.
• Must effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and capable of adapting to new systems
• 2-3 years experience working with Amazon REQUIRED
• Knowledge of retailer vendor compliance.
